Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari adanya digitalisasi pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik terhadap efektivitas program SITI PINTER. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu fasilitas berupa perangkat pendukung kurang memadai dan kurangnya pemberian sosialisasi terkait program SITI PINTER kepada masyarakat yang berdampak pada jumlah minat pengguna program. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori e-government menurut World Bank dalam bukunya Indrajit tahun 2016. Responden penelitian adalah 238 orang yang pernah menggunakan program SITI PINTER di Kota Mojokerto. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 29.0.2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Digitalisasi pemerintahan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pelayanan publik pada program SITI PINTER, 2) Pelayanan publik berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pelayanan publik pada program SITI PINTER, 3) H1: “Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan adanya digitalisasi pemerintahan terhadap efektivitas program SITI PINTER.” Dan H2: “Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan adanya pelayanan publik terhadap efektivitas program SITI PINTER.”diterima. Saran yang dapat diberikan oleh peneliti untuk program ini kedepannya yaitu Diskominfo Kota Mojokerto perlu melakukan upaya yang lebih intensif dan terstruktur dalam melakukan sosialisasi program SITI PINTER serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap fasilitas yang ada saat ini dan mempertimbangkan penambahan jumlah komputer dan perangkat pendukung di Telecenter Palapa.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the digitalization of government and public services on the effectiveness of the SITI PINTER program. The problems found in this study are inadequate facilities in the form of supporting devices and the lack of socialization related to the SITI PINTER program to the public, which has an impact on the number of interest in program users. This research uses egovernment theory according to the World Bank in Indrajit's 2016 book. The research respondents were 238 people who had used the SITI PINTER program in Mojokerto City. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS version 29.0.2.0. The results showed that 1) Government digitization affects the effectiveness of public services in the SITI PINTER program, 2) Public services affect the effectiveness of public services in the SITI PINTER program, 3) H1: “There is a significant effect of government digitalization on the effectiveness of the SITI PINTER program.” And H2: “There is a significant effect of public services on the effectiveness of the SITI PINTER program.” accepted. Suggestions that can be given by researchers for this program in the future are that the Mojokerto City Diskominfo needs to make more intensive and structured efforts in socializing the SITI PINTER program and evaluating the current facilities and considering adding more computers and supporting devices at Telecenter Palapa.
